The FEMA net used to hang out on 6917.5 for storms in the Gulf of Mexico. Something our pirate friends should keep in mind.

I saw a pic from an online news service entitled "Tampa Bay Sucked Dry By Storm!" with some guy in the background walking around in the leftover muck. I hope he understands all that water is coming back before it's too late.
