00:57 UTC - Carrier is up; weak barely readable with fading;
00:59 UTC - Interval signal;
01:01 UTC - Broadcast begins;
01:13 UTC - Still very weak and the Peskies on LSB are taking over the frequency;
01:15 UTC - Unreadable;
02:17 UTC - The signal has returned to some degree but is still weak barely readable with fading;
02:46 UTC - SSTV;
02:49 UTC - End of broadcast.

Tuned in at 0103 utc on Barrington Hills IL sdr with weak poor S5 to S7 signal, at 0107 switched to Brookfield WI sdr with varying S7 to S9+10 signal, various tunes with a "game" theme,

Drake R8, Kenwood R-2000, Panasonic RF-4900, Sony 2010, Realistic DX440, Grundig Satellit 500, 7mhz backyard dipole, Mt Prospect, IL 20miles (32km) NW of downtown Chicago. I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. Almost no signal here in Michigan. Shows up as a faint line on the waterfall and barely heard above background noise. I can hear them about S7 on a KiwiSDR in NC.
