12055 KHZ @1345 UTC with YL in Burmese conducting series of short news items featuring what appeared to be sound bites from male field reporters.  Bell chimes and solid  canned OM ID: "You are listening to Radio Free Asia" 30 seconds early at 13:59.

SINPO: 22242 but deteriorated rapidly at 1400.  Gone completely by 14:06.
