S9+30 with the Tambov, Russia WebSDR. S7 on the Kouvola, Finland KiwiSDR but I can greatly reduce distortion using Sync AM (the WebSDR does not have that ability). Drifting very bad.

I think I have heard this station once before. It was on a similar frequency and had a similar chaotic broadcast. A mix of music, pre-recorded talk, sounds, and the op talking makes it impossible for me to understand anything that is happening (it sounds like a total mess with no structure to the broadcast).
