2110 UTC Just caught the tail end of this one with an OM giving ID as WOW, then OFF at 2112 UTC

2123 UTC Back on again with ID and a song at 2124 UTC
2128 UTC OM with "WOW....post up on HF Underground....you know where to do it". Music briefly, then OFF again

I heard weak USB Mode music and some voice but couldn't make it out here in Central Ky.
It was probably this one and signal was about S3 just above the noise floor.
First heard around 21:09 UTC and didn't stay there long.
