No ID so far at 2241
music "Winter Blues" - Atomic Vulture
2244: another trippy intrumental
S8, solid, stable signal, S+N: -76 dBm, SNR: 24
2249: abrupt interuption in music
2249: "[something] Radio International" - repeated, "We are testing a new transmitter"
? Stormy Radio International ?
2251: [silent]

2242 UTC Unid rock tune (S7 here and solid above the noise....nice audio)
2244 UTC Unid instrumental prog rock tune (Slight signal drop to S4....picked up at 2246 UTC to S8)
2249 UTC Pause, then OM with ID...? Radio International...we are testing a new transmitter. ID repeated
2251 UTC OFF

ID sounded more like Doremi Radio International....as in DO RE MI, only squashed together by the synth conversion, but I'll go along with Stormy Radio International  :)

Heard from 2241 UTC on the SDR recording with a very good signal, easily SIO 444,  perhaps 555.
