2203- Strong signal with clear audio here, with repeating numbers.
2204- Deeper voice repeats one character or word three times, then....
2204- Back to same repeating numbers.
2206- Deeper voice repeats one character or word three times, then silence.
2206- One short tone (not sure if from same operator).
2206- Silent and presumed OFF.
