While waiting to complete a Windows update from hell, this came on at 2020 UTC with a good signal here. The message was as follows..."This is radio station WQFG689 owned and operated by Hudson County New Jersey. We are currently experiencing technical difficulties and continue to work on correcting the issue. Please check back with 1710 AM soon. Thank you for your patience". The loop was still going at 2030 UTC when I tuned away. I checked back at 2103 UTC and there was the same message at a much slower speed. The relay seemed to QRT at 2106 UTC.
Interestingly I can rarely hear this because of the local Springfield Armory museum TIS also on 1710 AM. Thanks for the relay?

Before Hudson County upped power, it would go long about 10 p.m. EST here and Springfield would come up mixing w/ whatever MW pirates might be using the frequency in the NE. Those 1710 MW pirates were always courting a bust as most of them took advertising on the MW band, or solicited donations that regulated broadcasters considered competition.

No agency ever messed with Rabbi Schneerson. Kanye West could cite the Rebbe as proof of his great conpiracy. I know I couldn't hear Radio Mosiach on any of my expensive radios, but they came in nicely on my 1935 Philco tabletop with a hunk of wire out the window. He must have had Fansome-like powers.
