Strange that RTI is not on 6115 but a great signal on 15440. Maybe it changed for A13?

Update: 2219z S20 Carrier, no audio on 6115. Must be having problems at WYFR relay.

According to RTI, only 15440 to NAm from 2200 to 2300Z.

6115 is 0300-0400Z.

15440 is 45344 S9 here at 2235Z.
