Another Rogue RHC broadcast

Radio Havana with ID and programming in English @ 03:02 Z on 9700 khz with YL and YM broadcasting world news  focusing on Latin America.  Solid signal tonite but RHC is on none of the freq schedules at this time.

Primary: ICOM R75 W/WV-601 passive loop masted @ 20'  Secondary: Yaesu  FRG 7700 W/MLA-30+ indoors. Tertiary: Grundig  750. Tecsun PL-990X, Tecsun PL-880 . Malahit DSP SDR V3,  . : Also, Qdosen DX-286, 1940 Mantola am/sw tube. CountyComm GP-5/SSB hand held, Tecsun PL-380 ,et al.  QTH: FONTANA, WI  USA.  Sea Level: + 990' .  75 miles (but not far enough) NW of Chicago

This frequency has been in use since  the start of A23, most of the shortwave schedules online are not very accurate. Only good one I have found are the British DX Club articles.

Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using a Hermes Lite 2 with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet.
