1955 ID Twentana Radio, D pops

via SDR in SE Germany

I did not replied yestterday because of the discrepancies. Now with my notes and the report from JBK, I can say there was only one station, and it was not Twentana, but another station with greetings to Twentana and other stations, a bad habit of Dutch stations.

Heard first at 1951, with songs in G (and later many more songs in G, and in D too).


JBK identified it as 'de Mijnwerker' at 2007,
and I heard a proper ID at the closedown at 2132 as Radio Happy Miner.
Previously, the speech audio was badly overmodulated, although the music was quite OK.
And the signal was strong and very wideband : about 2X15 kHZ wide,
happily no other station around.
