15310z Fair to good reception. Music then commentary in Somali. Not a huge DX or anything just don't remember hearing this religious station before.

Hard to tell sometimes if propagation is good or bad.
Sometimes stations that are usually strong I can't hear very well or not at all, then stations that are usually very weak are booming in.
Time of day, grey line, frequency etc. does not seem to matter.
