0930 very very weak via SDR in Belgium, some music in the noise

1011 still faint carrier here at home
1033 ... and very weak music via SDR,
1040 talking : ....radio....shortwave......., 1041 music

edit : maybe a micro-power station in Flanders
edit : Google and the others are useless to identify weak pirate stations !

This is certainly a Dutch station. The operator is speaking Dutch. "Super Trouper" by ABBA at 1055 UTC. At 1058 talk: "..ik moet... ...ana(?), goedemiddag".

It was there also last weekend. Any idea who this could be? Google gives no clue.
