As with my
IBRA media post, this is broadcast from Wooferton, but unlike IBRA it's beamed to West Africa and the difference is making it much weaker here despite the 30 kHz difference in frequencies used. (I assume both are using the same wattage, whatever that may be.) SIO 222. EDIT: some OTHR is hitting the lower sideband of this transmission hard at 1837.
