Religious format at 0306z. SIO 411. S8-S9 signal via HF+D and 31' vert. Seemingly low modulation and moderate static crashing.  Add a heterodyne from whatever below, and usual 75m NA amateur traffic from above. Makes for a poor copy. Verified the signal against the Twente SDR.

Noted while listening to a 75m amateur ragchew in the background.
