0343 UTC At best a weak carrier since 0330 UTC, I'm now getting a fade up of unid music above the high noise level. Presumed to be Eastern Star and hearing this directly

I'm fortunate that I get pretty good reception from Masset, BC.  Mostly music, but with some English/Russian commentary.  For instance, last night I heard him blabber on about the upcoming world war between  (in his order):  Russia, China and the United States.  Mentions of Radio for Communism.  Radio for Socialism.  So clearly a major left leaning bent.  I can never understand the child-like voice that's heard quite often.  Plenty of static crashes tonight (04:35 UTC).

Heard it through the noise at 945 until 1015 UTC. Barely picked up in southern Massachusetts. Beautiful music and a childlike voice.
