In old days, there was respect for OPs waiting to use the freq. (or at least move up the dial) Operators would also at times coordinated their show with one another on especially busy nights, i.e. Halloween, etc. Most OP had programs 30 - 45 minutes long. As I recall there were no marathon 2 hour shows.
