Excellent reception, English service...program scheduled 1930-2000 UTC

Very odd transition.  Broadcast began with VOA news, then heavy concentration on death of a woman in Russian bombing of Kiev.  Woman was killed by debris of Russian missile shot down while attempting to get into locked government bomb shelter, perhaps security guard was asleep.  Story delivered in very somber tones.  At 1943, Ukraine news report stops mid-sentence into The Beatles' very up tempo "Money Can't Buy Me Love" and then onto more Beatles' tunes.  Board op must have been sleeping with security guard, horrible transition. ::)
