1150 UTC Om with a series of letters ending with the call sign Proclaim out.
1203 UTC Om with a different call with test ???
1206 UTC Om this is ??? testing with a 3 count then out


S 7 - 8 via University of Twente Web SDR. Seems to be several stations testing.
