Good reception with some noise, Arabic service.  Broadcast began a week ago.  Also on 15275 but no reception here.

1230 OM in Arabic with extended report
1239 Two OM in conversation
1245 Conversation between the 2 OM continues.
1250 Mostly under noise floor now.
