No .... the station had signed off earlier after Program #26, then signed back on (30-45 mins) later to finish the show with program #27.

That's why you throw an empty carrier 24/7 so the listener's aren't confused. Some people call it frequency hogging, but it's actually a listener service. It's the Pirate Way.
