In my reception area, RRI is the loudest European station!!!
I'm guessing you're decoding DRM - what program are you doing it with?
I gave up on DREAM ver 2.2.1 managed Win 10/64!

You are correct, I am decoding DRM and using DREAM v2.1.1-svn808 under Windows 7/64-bit. The only issue with this version is that the DREAM AAC CODEC does not support the latest AAC DRM CODEC therefor if a station is using it you will not get any audio, everything else works ok.

It did take me a while, and a certain degree of frustration, to get all of the proper DLLs etc ... to make it work.

faad2_drm.dll (the DRM CODEM) is the culprit which makes or break DREAM. i cannot even tell you which version of faad2_drm.dll this is because it was compiled with no version / detailed information in the properties tab. All I can tell is that it was compiled under Microsoft VC9.

dream.exe
Dream.ini
DRMSchedule.ini
faad2_drm.dll
faad2_drm.dll.000

libfftw3-3.dll
libhamlib-2.dll
libopus-0.dll
libsndfile-1.dll
libspeexdsp.dll
libusb0.dll
Packet.dll
QtCore4.dll
QtGui4.dll
QtNetwork4.dll
QtOpenGL4.dll
QtSql4.dll
QtSvg4.dll
QtWebKit4.dll
QtXml4.dll
qwt.dll
wpcap.dll
zlib1.dll
