Fair reception, noisy.....they are 7268 at 2300 utc for East Coast evenings

1827 OM looking for Salvation Army Shelters, emergency locations
1828 OM from St. Augustine responds of location for special needs
1831 Responding OM talks of expected bridges closures, St. Johns River flooding
1833 OM asking for reading of advisory number 12 from NHC
