1316 UTC Dj talking signal just above the noise now

1328 UTC station back on hearing music signal in and out of the noise
1330 UTC song "Veij  Zijn Als Een Vogel"
1333 UTC Om speaking ??? then the song by man Shazam can't id due to noise.

S - 3 to 4 with moderate noise via University of Twente Web Sdr. Must use noise reduction to hear.
