Briefly then nothing then back with strange sound at 0022 UTC
Sounds like a foreign instrument...
Male talking, then Asian instrumental as of 0025 UTC

Some sort of music heard with a signal of S7. Maybe the instruments are bagpipes? The signal is in and out. Thanks for the curious music.
