English service to Europe :  YL.OM hosting "The Beijing Hour" with news and a feature on differences between the Chinese and Western school systems .   Surprisingly good signal on the PL880 / whip between the  trailing edge of 1 storm and the leading edge of another.

SINPO: 33443.  AZ: 308 via Kashi-Saibagh.
