Enterprise stopped at 19.44 UTC, afterwards another station signed on

19.47 UTC carrier came up, music but illegible first
19.49 UTC Divinyls - I Touch Myself
19.53 UTC Thunder - In A Broken Dream
19.58 UTC Rozella - Everybody's Free
20.04 UTC Vanilla Ice - Ice Ice Baby
20.08 UTC Station ID by male announcer and e-mail given... geebagradio@???

then massive QRM by STANAG wobblers made reception impossible here
