11414 UNID Mystery 1430 UTC
« on: October 17, 2023, 1452 UTC »
Strange constant signal with rhythmic tone every 1 - seconds. High pitched.

s9+ in Michigan

Spread about 10khz bandwidth.

Picked up on my 7300 with 100ft long wire antenna.

I looked it up and it could be FSK or PSK? However, looks more like 10 tones, not 8, 12 or 20.

At about 14:50 UTC the signal just dropped to s2-3 but is still there.

Also picked it up on KIWISDR in Northern Michigan, Omaha Nebraska, Florida, Mexico and then also in the Carribean. Very loud in California at 15:09 UTC, faint in Hawaii and the Philipines.

Ended at 15:50 UTC
