Beacons heard in Florida on G5 portable and rod antenna

A listener e mailed me from Florida saying that he caught
at 0600 Utc the following beacons:
OK, MO, UFO and Pike...

He walked outside in his back yard with his new G5 portable with
the rod antenna and caught the mentioned beacons.

Pretty cool....believe it or not I have had listeners say they have never
heard any of these beacons...blows my mind...they must be in high noise areas...

That E/G5 is an rediculously sensitive radio ;)
