I think I hear the dogs howling in the background ... nope, it is something else howling. I cannot make it out but it is annoying what ever it is. Perhaps another station.

01:13 UTC - Background howling is back. It is a female voice sending "phonetics" like the coded messages from spy number stations or HFGCS;
01:15 UTC - Off the air.
