Seems 6000 am is currently having problems now, heard some audio a few seconds ago and went away.. Still getting a open carrier.

This was on the K3FEF sdr.

05:55 UTC - Same audio issue into my location which was leading me to wonder if perhaps the station was being jammed. A strong S+10 carrier. Same if I try to listen to it via some SDRs and the University of Twente Wide-band WebSDR. Perhaps the station has very poor audio modulation.
06:00 UTC - End of broadcast.

Yeah, I'm a lot closer to Cuba than either of you and for years was able to get a moderately acceptable  broadcast of RHC on 6 meg but its been  at least a year since I've gotten  a discernible signal from Bauta or Quivican on that frequency.  My best chances are 19 meters days and occasionally 41 meters early evenings but even that is erratic. Maybe RHC should rent out transmit time from Radio Amazonia but that would make them capitalists.  ;)

At 03:13 UTC on 10/18/23, I am hearing some piano music not the typical salsa music that Cuba plays. Didn't hear the interval signal but hearing some talk but too muffled to listen to..

Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using a Hermes Lite 2 with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet.
