1228 S9+15 3,5kc yes USB mode indicates a non-amateur transmitter (these are kWs military? - not jammed)
                                         signal strength and stability indicate a location close to Ukraine(Belarus)
- they broadcast on loop the military marching song "Morskaja piechota"
