I'm hearing CW just below the 40 meter band. Too fast for me to decode by ear and my KiwiSDR isn't having much more luck. Any ideas what this might be?

01:25 UTC - Fairly good signal into N.E. Canada with some fading.

Try this Kiwi SDR. It has a nice S7 signal.
