Unid language (possibly Arabic), good reception with fades.   Could not find this broadcast on this frequency in the 1800 UTC hour on any database.

1839 OM in preaching-like monologue
1850 Transition music by Egyptian Omar Khairat, Radio Cairo off frequency?
Radio Cairo due to be on 9850 with Turkish service now
1857 Unid Middle Eastern music
1900 Music continues through top of hour, no ID
1906 QSY to 9890, BBC is now scheduled on this frequency from Pinheira broadcasting to South/East Africa
1908 "Made El Nab" Souad Mohamed
1911 "Hayart Alay" Samir Srour, YL talking over music
1920 "Hilwa Ya Baladi" Dalida
1924 Carrier but no broadcast some technical sounds
1927 Still only carrier
