Sorry, but the reception you heard was definitely Mexico (R. Educacion), as the signal strength would have to be Mexico
and the program format leaves no doubt it was them. Here on the West Coast, I am able to hear both R. Educacion and
CHBC closing down at about 1200* UT, with Mexico always the stronger.
