M3.3 Solar Flare 1830 UTC 17 Aug 2013

We just had an M3.3 solar flare, peaking at around 1830z. As I type this (1900z) the x-ray flux is still C9.3:





It will be interesting to see the effect on 43 meters later today. Right now the lower bands are in pretty sad shape, due to the increased D layer absorption.
