I wonder how long this place will last. I love the idea , Merging my two favorite things. I've worked as a chef for many years, I wonder if he's hiring.

Sounds like the menu could use a beef wellington on it ;)

Ham and Mushrooms
 
1 lb fully cooked diced ham
1 Tbsp margarine
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3 Tbsp flour
1 1/2 cup milk
2 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp horseradish sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp lemon juice
 
Melt butter. Add mushrooms and onion. blend in flour. Stir in milk,
mustard, horseradish, and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce
thickened. Fold in ham and lemon juice; heat. Serve on toast.
