"Thank you for your posting on HFU about our test broadcast as dated on the E-Qsl. For the next few weeks we hope to continue these tests by: 1. Attempting to broadcast with a power output of 200 kw and 2.Testing a new antenna design. These tests at first will run about 5 to 10 minutes at a time.
We hope that you  will be a part of the WBLR first to log the test family and until that test day, we bid you a good day."
