News/talk format at 0224z. SINPO 45343 trending 45442. ~S8 peaks via Airspy HF+D and 148' loop-on-ground. DSB tuning. Some static crashing and band noise, but a listenable copy.

This Iran International TV broadcast originates from Uzbekistan. Reportedly 100KW.
