Jan 26 - Tuned to 15280 kHz. (9950 & 11560 not heard). At times sounded like possibly some CNR1 jamming QRM?

0350-0400 UT: Subcontinent music/singing.

0400: AIR IS (or should I now say Akashvani IS?) and today also with the patriotic song "Vande Mataram" (YouTube -
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WfqMmypbACg ), both of which I had not heard for a very long time on SW!

0404: Filler EZL songs.

0410+: OM and YL with what seemed to be pre-parade commentary; by 0420, was able to confirm it was in English,
but sadly mostly unusable/unreadable. Never made out the ID.
