This is the Korean language version of VOK, and given the reports that Radio Pyongyang (aka KCBS) shut down, it's interesting that this is still on the air. But maybe the VOK transmissions are different? I don't know, but this is still broadcasting for now.

RX in Denver is weak, but at the KPH kiwi SDR in Point Reyes CA it's very strong, SIO 544 (slight fades still audible).
