Tuned in at 2346 utc on Brookfield WI sdr with weak signal, hear somebody shouting just above the noise, ID that I couldn't make out then off at 2353.

I have been using online receivers because my 7mhz dipole came down in a storm and after my stroke on 3 June 2024 I can no longer get up on a ladder to fix it.
