Very good reception, English service.  Interesting, I don't recall English service ever starting at half past the hour like this transmission.  I'd guess it is to catch football kick off at 1530 utc.  Two of the top three squads (Manchester City/Arsenal) facing off at The Etihad.

Just a quick note, you're posting EST instead of UTC. I only have a weak carrier here in Colorado.
This is also on 17640 but likewise I've got nothing but a weak carrier there. 21470 is out of Vatican City and 17640 is on Ascension Island.
