Rave On Radio Interview in September 2013 Pop Comm

Steve Handler, in his "COPS" column in the September 2013 issue of Popular Communications has a nice
article on Rave On Radio. It starts on page 30.  Nice going Steve.  ROR is one of my favorite pirates as they always QSL, unlike some others who shall remain nameless.
