Good evening to all listeners. Here in Northern France, I began to hear R.W.I. on the frequency 3955 Khz for a short indoor reception, giving to me a signal strengh of 0/12 LED with a SINPO of 25422. But unfortunately I picked up on this same frequency K.B.S. in german language at 20.00 U.T.C. Its signal is too strong with a measure of 8/12 LED and a SINPO of 45544. That's all for this time with any reception of R.W.I. which is broadcasting with 8 Kw as radiated power.
