VANUATU. 7260, R. Vanuatu, random monitoring from 1055 to 1215 UT, May 30. Indeed xmtr is back on the air, BUT with no audio
at all. Much earlier, Mauno Ritola, via a remote, was also hearing the same (no modulation!). Keeping the xmtr on all day?
