Strong carrier S9+10, no obvious modulation.
Received on SDRs over NA, SA, the Pacific.
This nonsense needs to stay out of the amateur radio bands.
Measuring 7000.9990 kHz with +/- 0.3 Hz ionospheric variations.
0549 UTC Freq increased 1 Hz over last 10 min, 7001.0000. Maybe ionospheric changes.
0700 UTC S9+20, More freq variation from ionosphere. Ended monitoring.
