I suspect this is the same pirate that was on 6942/6955 earlier.
Diggin' the weirdness.
Moved down to 6955 USB after 0607z
And now on 6960 USB @ 0618z
Pictograms of "cock & nads" on 6955 @ 0622z
(By now, frequency is meaningless...)
Other messages ("GIVE <something> WATER BOYS")/pirate emblem pictos (a cool design!) until ~0645z and apparently done for the morning.
