Can recieve them very weak in Northern Netherlands with Synchronius detector on Sony ICF 2001 D

Good evening. At 19.10 U.T.C. I think that I could pick up this radiostation in Northern France. The signal was 3/12 LED with a SINPO of 35222. Off at 19.10 U.T.C. after a carrier may be it could be a collapse of the propagation ? B.L.
