The 10-11 MHz band is used extensively in Asia for communications. Probably "village radio" type stuff (people using HF like a long distance phone line) or maybe some business coms as well.

Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using a Hermes Lite 2 with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet.

I've heard what sounds like Malay or Tagalog in the 30 meter ham band, around 10123-10124 kHz, USB, around 0820 UTC. Weak and undecipherable, but sounds like those languages during fade-ups, with 2-3 guys talking. And I'm in the PNW US -- we get decent reception from Asia here.

So I think what Shortwave_Listener is probably accurate.
An AM radio Boombox DXer.
+ GE SRIII, PR-D5 & TRF on MW.
The usual Realistic culprits on SW (and a Panasonic).
